Shown here, one of our technicians is training the customer on the proper usage and maintenance of the general purpose cutting and engraving machine.
We met our customer, a gift maker for Disney, at the ISA Expo 2016 in Orlando, Florida. Disney’s representative was experienced in cutting and engraving items for Disney, from a small Mickey Mouse to a crocodile from Peter Pan that was taller than your average adult. He needed to find a machine that was capable of cutting and engraving on acrylic, cardboard and other materials. We suggested the CM-1309 general purpose cutting and engraving machinefor a variety of reasons.
Our customer makes a variety of different gifts, using different materials and processes, meaning he needed a general purpose machine, such as the CM-1309. The CM-1309 is equipped with a working table that moves up and down using a motor, in order to hold work pieces with abnormal shapes or U units for rotary processing.
By using our user friendly print driver on the cutting and engraving machine, customers can use their favorite applications, including CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or AutoCAD to transfer their job to our machine in just a few simple clicks.
With layers and a color mapping function, customers can assign different processing parameters for different colors in the design. There is no need to run separate jobs for a single project, processing is faster, and there is an overall better and more precise laser control.
Our customer from Disney made a cartoon sample (the white rabbit, from Alice in Wonderland) after completing on-site program training, as shown below.
